A memorandum’s objective is to inform the reader about new information or to persuade the reader to act to solve a problem. In my Memorandum, I establish how the NAC Parking Lot is unavailable for most students due to its low capacity; consequently, I ask Dr. Vincent Boudreau (City College President) to consider my solution of building a multi-level parking structure to solve the issue.
