This was the fifth reflection of the course. These questions demonstrated my resilience to keep on working despite adversity or lack of participation from my group members. My response is shown as a paragraph below the questions.

What process did you go through to produce this piece?

What grade would you give it? Why? Is there anything holding you back?

What’s one goal would you like to set for yourself for next time?

The process that I went through to produce this piece was researching and trying to accomplish proper teamwork. I did not work in a similar fashion to my groupmates because we have different ways of producing drafts and finalizing paragraphs. My standards for this piece of work were too high, to the point where they became unrealistic. I believe I met my groupmates’ standards for the most part, despite the completion of this assignment being challenging. I am unsure what grade I would give it, as part of my group did not complete their respective sections. My proposal sections (abstract and personnel) were challenging to finish as they rely on my groupmates’ work in order to be written. One goal that I would like to set for myself next time is to have better communication skills to ensure my group partners’ participation.
